Pianist and composer Herbie Hancock is one of the leading ambassadors of jazz. His storied career includes legendary stints with Miles Davis, and popular success with electronic instruments. Hancock decided to try something new for his latest album -- think about lyrics. "River: The Joni Letters" is inspired by the music of Joni Mitchell and the CD has been honored with a GRAMMY nomination for album of the year. I emailed Hancock 10 questions, and here are his answers.
