The 2010 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival begins tomorrow, April 23rd, and continues through May 2nd. This year's lineup includes a strange mix of non-jazz headliners including Pearl Jam, Simon and Garfunkel, and the Black Crowes, and distinctly New Orleans music, such as Rebirth Brass Band, Treme Brass Band, and Dr. John.
